Fresh Cuts meets Texturz Plates

I have had my Fresh Cuts cards for so long now, though for whatever reason, haven't used them because I didn't know what to do with them! Well, enter the Texturz embossing plates, and now it's a whole new ball game. The texturz has such a way of dressing up a card. It gives it that extra "umph" I think. I'm really happy with the way this card came out - this is the 2nd card we made at the hostess workshop I did this past weekend and it was a big hit! I love the Good Morning Sunshine paper to begin with, but this was a fun way to use it and have it peek out from the Fresh Cuts petals. The other cool thing is that I stamped on the inside too! Here's the card:

I'm becoming quite the fan of the green and yellow...it's definitely growing on me! It's got such a happy sunshine-y feel too it that I'm just drawn to these days. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do...but it's ok if you don't :) Humor me.

Have a great day!

I still have a bunch of those notecards as well- what a super idea to emboss them!

I love your blog, your work, and especially your idea of Freebie Friday! How fun!

I also noticed that you and I used the same set for yesterday's Mojo sketch!
