{Thoroughly Modern Butterfly Notes}And here's a look at the Butterfly die I used - it's got lots of beautiful butterflies! All you need to do to play for this week's Notebook freebie is leave me a comment on this post, with either your email address or your blog site, by midnight Pacific Time on Sunday October 11th. You can leave me a comment about anything or you can tell me where you're writing from {like your city, state, and/or country if you're outside of the US - that's always fun to see!} and tell me about your favorite Fall Time food. I'll start off by saying I love having homemade soups in the fall! I'm lucky to have an awesome husband that loves to cook! So, my favorite recipes from his soup repertoire include lobster bisque, butternut squash soup, French Onion, and corn chowder. Yum. It's just starting to cool down here in CA (and it's relatively mild, compared to other locales...I think the evenings have been in the high 50's, low 60's by my house). Anyway, I look forward to reading your comments. It's always so fun to learn about my blog readers!
*Dies: Beautiful Butterflies SU! Exclusive Bigz Die

HI Rose! First to comment - wow! Umm...let's see, I love Autumn-type soups, like butternut squash, chowders, etc. Yum!
Looking forward to your pictures from Sonoma!
I love to have chili when the temperatures start to drop. I was just talking to my little girl this morning about having chili on night next week. It has been so rainy here in KY for the last week. Ready to curl up and watch some good movies, or stamp some great Halloween cards.

Chicken Tortilla Soup is my FAVE when it starts to cool off. Very easy to find in So Cal!

Hi Rose! This is my first time posting! I am in Southern Florida so it is hard to get into fall foods here as it is still in the 90's and humid. But nothing like a good Butternut Squash soup or Pumkin Ravioli any time of year! Have an amazing recipe from Wolf Gang Pucks for the soup if your interested!

Awesome note book!! And I WANT that die!!! Well, I'm from Zagreb, Croatia. My favourite Fall food is chicken potpie!! and Sarma (which is a Croatian dish).....it's minced beef with onions and rice that is rolled up in a cabbage leaf...you make a bunch of those and cook them in a big pot (where there where tomatoes added...)....my mom makes the best sarma!!!
Rose,
Cute notebook!
We have been feeling Fall in South Dakota for a few weeks now; 30 and 40 degree weather here. Tonight it is suppose to snow! For the next few weeks, we are forcasted to be in the high 20s and mid 30s.
Chili and stews will be on our menu quite a bit for awhile!
Thank you for the chance to win!
Take care!
Kris
Wow, another great project! You're work is all so beautiful!
Hmmmm, favorite fall food. I too love soups. My favorite fall soup is Tortilla soup. I have recipe that I LOVE and it's so easy! What else, I love pies too, I don't seem to make them much except in the fall when there are lots of apples and pumpkins (my two favorite pies).
Have a great weekend!
super cute notebook Rose! I haven't ordered those yet! I love Pumpkin Muffins and pumpkin bread and soups! Best of all is Pumpkin Spice lattes at Starbucks! :)

Elizabeth
Awesome notebook! Can I get a cup of soup to go too, please? Ok, I can settle with a recipe too :-)
The weather here is getting cool now in Raleigh NC and am lookig forward to changing colors of the leaves.
Have a great weekend.
I'm in NE Iowa and fall is definetly here. Also supposed to get snow this weekend. Favorite fall food...hot apple cider. Love to curl up under a blanket with a good book and cider!
Love the notebook!!
I am in Mason, MI, so we are definitely feeling the Fall coolness in the air! I love apple pie fresh from the oven, and of course those apples have been handpicked at one of the local orchards by my family and I. Of course, I defeat the "warm apple"ness with ice cream on top!
Hey Rose,
I'm writing from Rock Hill, SC. my favorite fall food...hmmm...maybe sweet potatoe casserole. Makes me think of Thanksgiving and enjoying family. Thanks for the chance to win your awesome notebook.

This is so cute! Thanks for the chance to win! I love to cook all kinds of things as the weather turns cooler. We do have a tradition...on the first day of fall...we have chili and star shaped corn muffins for dinner. You have to make dinner anyway...so why not make it fun!
hello, Rose
I'm talking from Germany.
Your notebook is great! I love this butterfly!
My favorite fall foods are Sauerkraut soup with mince
and savoy with minced meat rolls.
Lot of greetings from Germany
