I used Mod Podge and applied it with a sponge brush to my letters. Then I sprinkled the chunky glitter over the letters and let the adhesive dry. Ta-da! So easy! As for the Pumpkin Pie background frames, I used the Top Note die and ran that through the Big Shot 2 times - the first time to get the basic Top Note shape, then turned the cardstock 90 degrees and centered it on the die and ran it through the Big Shot again. I do love this unique squar-ish marquee shape! I added texture by using the spiderweb embossing folder. Super easy peasy and now I have a banner for Halloween! Whew! Here's one last look:
