Hi there blog friends! Just got back from my run and thought I would share a few highlights. Of course, it down poured on me in the last quarter mile or so, but I did enjoy the scenery nonetheless!
This was taken near the start of my run at Poipu Beach Park.
There are lots of chickens on the island! Here's a mama hen with her cute little chickies!
Gorgeous hibiscus flowers are everywhere!
Here's a view of Shipwreck Beach from the Hyatt.
...and this is along the Makahuena Point on the way back to our little cottage.
Now, I'm typically happy on Fridays, but today, I'm a little sad because that means our vacation is almost over!! Boo :(

Thanks for the photos and bringing a little Hawaii to me here in NC! Love the chickens! I'm a big animal fan! It's too bad vacations have to end, but they live on in our memories forever! :)
