Isn't that background fun? I printed out a whole sheet of these party hats, which you can see here:
I used it for both the background and the banner. I created another sheet of cupcakes, too, which I also used on the card. Then, I printed them out on Whisper White cardstock. For this card, I also got good use of my circle cutter, which I used for the half circle on the top of the card and the Chocolate Chip circle mat behind my cupcake. Here's the recipe for you:
