Today's my brother's birthday {his name is Richard}, so I thought I'd post a Birthday Greeting for him. My brother and his family live in Birmingham, Alabama where he and his wife, Carrie, own their Crossfit Gym.

Happy birthday Richard. My brother and his wife own BeachBodz Fitness in SC! LOL Your post put a smile on my face ... and the only workout I got today was running around doing last minute shopping!!!
