The flower colors were a little unconventional for me at first when I just had the Tempting Turquoise and Bashful Blue. But once I added the celery on the petals, it neutralized the color scheme for me and made it more palatable. Then for the background layers, I went nuts for the polka dots - large and small. Of course, I had to use my go-to Big Shot die, the Top Note, to dress the card up and and bring all the elements together. Overall, the card is simplistic, but I think I do sorta like it afterall. Here's the recipe:
*Upsy Daisy and Fifth Avenue Flowers stamp sets
*Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise, Kiwi Kiss cardstock
*Tempting Turquoise Classic Ink pad
*Tempting Turquoise, Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery Marker
*Top Note Big Shot die, Texturz plates, slot punch, and Kiwi Kiss striped ribbon, and dimensionals
Thanks for popping by today - hope you have a good one!
