I am so into those right now. It could also be because I got my Martha Stewart Living Magazine the other day and there are a bunch of prettty Poppies on the cover!

I love anemones, these are flowers that I associate spring with. I saw big fields of them today on my way home. They are realy very beautiful.

Spring for me it's sun and sea, not flowers. Spring in Israel flowers begin to die from the strong sun. The whole nature of the green turns to yellow .... Instead comes the warm sea, hot sun and lots of ice cream :)

For me the first flower for Spring is the ornamental plum tree blossoms in my back yard. They are soft pink, smell simply gorgeous, attract zillions of bees and sadly, only last for about two, beautiful weeks.

ReplyDeleteThe first flower that comes to mind when I think of spring is not just a flower but really a tree, the Redbud. Here in NC they grow wild in the forests(people also plant them in their yards,but I love the wild ones the most) and are the first thing to bloom. So beautiful!

The first flowers that always came up in our yard were Crocuses, purple and white ones, you rarely see them in the store. They'd pop up despite the snow around them, so cool!
