The book's name is too difficult to put it into English, and I am afraid I can't translate it as well to give the right idea of it. This book made me shocked a lot, and I have not an idea to start the new one to read even...

Although I don't spend much time with my head in the books, I am currently reading 3 books. Master Your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels, Eat Right For Your Blood Type by Dr. Peter J.D'Adamo, and Breakthrough by Suzanne Somers. They are all very good and informative. I just love Jillian Michaels energy!
