March Final Friday Giveaway!

Hello there blog friends!  I've got a fun giveaway for you this month!  How would you like to win the cute Funky Four stamp set and 6x6 stack of the Delicate Dots paper (32 sheets total, 8 sheets each of 4 double sided designs!).  Just in time for Spring!

Are you ready to play?  Here are the rules {only enforced by the "Honor System"}:

1. Leave me a comment on this post by midnight Pacific Time, Wed, March 23, 2011.
2. On your comment, please make sure to include a valid email address or a blog URL (where I can leave a comment or have a way of contacting you). For those of you that are uncomfortable with leaving an email in a post, you can write your info like this: yourname at emailaccount dot com.
3. One comment per person please. :)  Please leave your first name and last initial in the comment, too!
4. Anyone can play - international visitors welcome!

Now you can leave me a comment about anything, or you can tell me one thing about the town you live in.  I love to travel and visiting places, so I would love to hear more about the places where you live!  If I were to go there, where is one place I absolutely would have to go?  I can tell you about where I live.  Last weekend, there was a Whale of a Day festival near the Pt Vicente lighthouse.  This is the time of year where you can see the whales migrating!  Unfortunately, this past weekend, we didn't see any.  It is still early in March, so I think we'll go and see if we can spot any these next couple of weekends.

Can't wait to hear your comments!  I'll be announcing the winner my blog on Friday, March 25th, so be sure to check back then.  Have a great day!

  6. I live in a very beautiful city of Lviv, Ukraine. There is a particular restaurant to visit, stylized as a guerilla bunker, with a guy at the entrance asking for a password. They have very yummy food and you can snap pictures with all the weapons and clothes of those time (1920's-30's). Apart from that restaurant (if you are interested just email me and I will tell you more about it), the city has still alot to offer. Just wandering through little streets, spending time in cafes, Lviv is really a romantic city :D

  10. Hi Rosemarie, I am enjoying your blog. I live on the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. "Down Under" Recently 75% of our state has been classed as a disaster area because of flooding and cyclones, with many people dying. But it is a lovely place to live and we have miles and miles of beautiful beaches, if you come to Australia you must visit here, we also have The Great Barrier Reef. Thanks for the chance to win.

  20. Hi Rose! Love coming to visit you and love your ideas! I live smack in the middle of Nebraska (used to live in So. California until I was 15!) In Nebraska, you are in cattle country! Out here you can stay on a working ranch and we can show you baby calves being born right now! We have lots of deer, pheasants and geese so if you were a hunter, lots of "wild game" out here. Suppose to get into the 50's here tomorrow so maybe the rest of our snow will melt! Gail S.

  28. G'day Rose, always checking out your blog for ideas. I live in Encounter Bay, South Australia. We too have whales coming near shore. We whale watch in June, July and August our winter. They come with their babies. We have a Whale Centre to find out all about them. The thing is Rose years ago in the old days they used to kill them here. When they finished that business, it took years for them to come back. So pleased they did. It is a tourist spot. Thank you for the opportunity. Regards, Deb.

  30. I live in Evergreen, CO. A cute little town west of Denver, in the foothills. We are close to Denver attractions and also close to skiiing. There is tons of outdoor activities to take advantage of: hiking, biking, skiing, snow shoeing. You can paddle boat on our beautiful little lake with a mountain backdrop or stroll through shops in our cute little downtown. And you just might run into Johnny Depp, as he has been spotted about Evergreen on occasion!

  31. love your blog! I've lived a few places and currently in San Antonio, TX where everything is truly bigger and the tea is always sweet. The River Walk & the Alamo are a must when you visit here. My favorite country to visit has been Italy: Rome, Florence, Sorrento, driving the Amalfi Coast, breathtaking beauty and grand history that is touchable and magical!! Germany is lovely, especially around Christmas time, they have the BEST Christmas markets filled with gluhweine and bratwurst, yum! of course no place is as comforting as your own home, so for a cheap and romantic date, Red Box has my vote and the best part is the movies can take you back to the places you've been or long to be!! :)

    Cheers,
    Dawn B.
